How do I contact you with a customer service question?

Please send us an email to hello@birdandblock.com and we will try to respond to your email within 48 hours.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at this time, but we hope to pop up around other local businesses in Charleston, SC soon.

Ordering and Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico.

What are the shipping options?

All available shipping options will appear at checkout. Typically, we offer Standard (FREE if you spend $100!), Expedited, and Rush. Please note that shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address may cause delays.

What carriers do you use?

We generally ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 and on your first order (just sign up for our newsletter to receive the discount code!)

Returns

What is your return policy?

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, we do offer store credit on all items purchased at full price. To receive store credit, you must return the form that was included with your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Your order may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

Please email us within 10 days at hello@birdandblock.com so we can fix the issue!

Care Instructions

Spot clean any stain first. Then wash in cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Please add distilled white vinegar to the wash to neutralize any scent.
